• the 5x7 frame is unavailable in Australia; when ordered, it will ship from the UK

• all Greeting Cards are shipped from the UK

Lost orders, damaged products and printing errors -  all orders are shipped with tracking. If your order is missing, damaged or has printing errors please contact us. 

Customs and import taxes - buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
