When will I receive my cards?
The estimated turnarount time is 5 weeks.
What kind of photos do you need?
Please send 3-7 very sharp, well lit, high resolution photos showing a lot of details. Head shots, close ups and full body.
I am looking forward to see photos where they look at the camera, with the camera positioned on their eye level. Front view or three quarters work best. Please make sure that the face and at least upper part of the body are shown clearly.
I will use one photo of each pet for the cards. If you have a preference please let me know which photo you prefer.
How do you create these drawings?
All Greeting Cards and Custom Portraits are hand-drawn on my graphic tablet. I use a Wacom tablet and draw the portraits in Photoshop. You can find process videos on my Instagram and Tiktok.
After your portrait/card is finished it gets printed and shipped to you. All Custom Portraits are made from museum quality paper with an 100+ year guarantee on all art prints.
Cancellations and returns
I accept order cancellations within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you are committed to your order. To cancel your order, email me at orders@noirdelights.co.uk
Due to the nature of custom works,returns and exchanges are not accepted. I do not issue refunds. Please contact me at orders@noirdelights.co.uk if you have any problems with your order and I will work with you to find a solution.

I use a professional printer service that prints and ships your portrait to you.
• the Custom Portraits will ship from the US, UK, EU or AU ( depending on your location). The 5x7 frame is unavailable in Australia; when ordered, it will ship from the UK.
• all Greeting Cards are shipped from the UK.
Lost orders, damaged products and printing errors - all orders are shipped with tracking. If your order is missing, damaged or has printing errors please contact me.
Customs and import taxes - buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
